Erdem Bayazıt Cultural Center is named after the poet and intellectual Erdem Bayazıt and operates as a venue that contributes to the cultural life of Kepez. The center is designed with inspiration from Anatolian Seljuk architecture; its exterior features historical figures and aesthetic details. It is built on an area of approximately 10 decares and is surrounded by landscaped areas, a water pool, parking facilities, and relaxation spaces.

Inside, there is a large multi-purpose hall with a seating capacity of approximately 500 people. The hall features a spacious stage (approximately 265 m²), as well as foyer and exhibition areas. Additional facilities include resting areas, VIP rooms, administrative offices, and a cafeteria.
